I am an Industrial Designer focused on designing with up-cycling and product longevity in mind. My design is informed through my experience in the outdoors. I have a lot of experience in soft goods and apparel specifically with projects like my Cycling Frame Pack, Ski Mountaineering Backpack and Down Puffer Jacket. I am looking for a job at a company developing technical products for the outdoors with a strong focus on sustainability. I am also looking to be involved in companies working on a variety of interesting products that are pushing the boundaries of design.

What I bring to the table as a designer other than my technical capabilities, is my interaction with the environment. I am an avid outdoor and adventure enthusiast. When I can, I spend the majority of my time exploring nature and the world around me whether that be through, backpacking, ski touring, or adventure cycling. Not only do these activities require me to interact with a wide range of gear and apparel, they also help inform my design process and understanding of the products that I am working on.

As well as my soft goods, outdoor gear, and apparel background, I have a strong skillset when it comes to woodworking and metalworking. I have spent 3 years now working with these materials through a number of different processes to create furniture, lighting, and a variety of home goods products.
